Address: 912 Whiskerman’s Wharf, Brindleton Bay (On the Salty Paws Saloon lot).

Ground floor: Cloakroom, main bar area (15 bar and 16 table seating), outside sitting area (smokers area).

Second floor: Entire floor is a dedicated private lounge area with a fireplace, game table, table for 6, lounge, televisions, and private bar.

Third floor: Bathrooms and storage.

PLEASE NOTE: This lot has three bar’s – two on the main floor and one in the lounge area. However, the game will only spawn one mixologist per lot. If you want the lot to have three mixologists (1 per bar), I highly recommend downloading the NPC control mod from Paulson.
